Hi! My name is Hira Hafeez. I am a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario). I’ve completed my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and my Masters of Science at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

I have been in the field of psychotherapy for many years and have worked with a diverse age group and population. During my Masters program I developed a passion to work with children and families, which is the path I took at the time. But now having matured into my role and life generally, I have had the pleasure to broaden my horizon and work with a population near and dear to me: perinatal mammas. Having lived experience in the field, I want to ensure more parents have access to the resources they need as they venture into these new roles. 

My therapeutic approach with clients is to collaborate and create custom treatment plans according to the client and meet them where they are. I pull from a diverse range of modalities including but not limited to CBT, EFIT, solution-focused, person-centered, gestalt, narrative approach and more. 

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading (a forever proud potterhead), baking and spending time with my husband and our two boys.
