Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety contains many components and often has a thought, feeling and behaviour associated with it.
Everyone experiences anxiety at some point in their life. For some people, it’s manageable and something they can work through, but for others, it can be more challenging and something that requires greater support.
